Yes. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or make an exchange. Returns are alwaysfree when you’re sending back your item from within the U.S.
We accept returns for refund or exchange for up to 60 days after the order date. To be eligible, your item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received them. Please don't send back any items that have been worn (beyond just trying on), stained, damaged, covered in pet hair or have any lasting odors from being in your possession (e.g. smoke, incense, pets).
For free returns and exchanges (within U.S. only), please follow these steps:
Email us at help@onyourleft.com for a free return shipping label. Please include your order number with your request; we’ll reply within 2-3 business days or sooner with a return shipping label for you to print. If you would like to exchange your items(s) for another item(s) of the same or lower price, please let us know which item(s) you would like in exchange. Be sure to include the item name, type (i.e., t-shirt, hoodie), color, and size.
Mail back the box at any U.S. Post Office (United States Postal Service a.k.a. USPS) or hand it to your USPS mail carrier.
If you want to take advantage of our free shipping for returns and exchanges, you’ll need to use a return shipping label provided to you by Local Vyntage via email (see steps above).
If you'd prefer to address your own package and pay for your own return shipping (you will not be reimbursed), you may send you item backto: (BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITHIN THE RETURN PACKAGE OR WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY YOUR ORDER)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll begin processing the exchange or return for refund. If there is any issue with your return we will get in touch via email.
If your return for refund is approved a refund back to your original method of payment will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account within the typical timeframe.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges from outside the United States.
We do our best to ship orders within 3 business days, but often it’s quicker! Please keep in mind that all of our items (for now) are created after being ordered.
Your order will most likely be shipped by USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class), UPS Ground Saver, or UPS Surepost depending on the size and weight of the package and the delivery package. When your order has shipped you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Deliveries are estimated at 3-5 business days once shipped.
It was sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you use multiple email addresses, be sure to check all of them. You’ll also want to check all your email folders/tabs, too (e.g. Updates,
Promotions).
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped out, we’ll do our best to help you get your shipping address changed. Send us an email help@onyourleft.store with the correct shipping address and we’ll let you know if we can change it.

let you know if we can help. Worst case scenario, if your order has already been shipped out, returns and exchanges are always easy, free (within the USA only) and no hassle, so you’ll be able to exchange any incorrect items in your order or get a full refund.
Unfortunately, once your order is placed/processed it’s too late to apply a discount code. The good news is that you can probably apply that same discount code to a future order.

Unfortunately, no. For now, we are set up to process payments on our website only.
No, not at this time. We ship to all U.S. states and territories, as well as to U.S. military bases abroad (i.e., Armed Forces Americas, Europe and Pacific). We can ship your order to any address that includes a U.S. ZIP code.

Our apparel is designed and the vast majority is printed/embroidered in the US. Some inputs are sourced or manufactured abroad.
Absolutely! We would love for you to share your suggestion with us. We have lots of great design ideas that we’ve yet to get to, too. Though by no means do we have a monopoly on great ideas! Email your suggestion to help@onyourleft.store.
*Please note: When you share a design suggestion with us, you’re doing so out of the goodness of your own heart, and you should not expect anything return if/when we make apparel with that design or a similar design. In other words, by sharing a design suggestion with us, you’re agreeing up front to receive nothing in return. Now, with that legal stuff aside, if it becomes a best seller, we’d do our best to hook you up with some free tees!
