We stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied. If something’s not right, let us make it right—no hoops to jump through.

Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 60 days from your order date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange (U.S. Customers)

  1. Email us at help@onyourleft.com with your order number and let us know if you’d like a return or exchange.
  2. We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with a prepaid shipping label (U.S. only) and simple instructions.
  3. Send your item back via any U.S. Post Office at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm the approval (or in rare cases, rejection) by email. If approved, we’ll process your refund (credited to your original payment method) or ship out your exchange item right away.

Shipping Costs & Limitations

  • Original shipping fees typically aren’t refunded unless we made an error.
  • We currently cannot accept international returns but hope to expand this option soon.
  • If you prefer to handle shipping on your own dime, you can send your item to:
